“Be More You”

One Story. One Lesson. One Action

One Story- Escaping the cage.

Operation Cribb Climb
Operation Cribb Climb

In my 20s, I believed that freedom was tied to money. I thought that if I could earn more, reach the next goal, and purchase the next item, I would feel free.

But the truth? I was trapped in a cage of my own making:

  • A career that owned me.

  • Insecurities I tried to cover with achievement.

  • Lifestyle creep that drained every pay rise.

For years, I told myself: “One day, when I’ve made it, then I’ll be free.”

That “one day” never came… until I decided to create it.

At 51, I sold my financial planning business for seven figures. I retired early. And for the first time in my life, I felt what true freedom actually meant.

Here’s what I discovered: freedom isn’t something you find at the end of the road — it’s something you build, choice by choice, every single day.

One Lesson- Cage Unlocked

ree

Most of us stay stuck because they believe the cage is locked. But 9 times out of 10, the door has been open the whole time.

Freedom starts small:

  • Saying no to one thing that doesn’t serve you.

  • Saving $1,000 before chasing the $100,000.

  • Deciding today that your values—not society’s—set the rules for your life.

It's not about having a million dollars in the bank. It's about generating free cash flow, creating space, and achieving alignment so you can live life on your own terms.

One Action- Stepping Out

An inch of action gets you further than miles of good intentions.
An inch of action gets you further than miles of good intentions.

Ask yourself today:👉 What’s one bar of the cage I can walk through right now?

  • Maybe it’s cutting one pointless subscription.

  • Maybe it’s calling out a toxic relationship.

  • Maybe it’s finally committing to your dream, instead of postponing it.

Freedom is built in steps, not leaps.

To freedom 📯
